Our Promise: We accept returns and exchanges within 15 days of delivery. All items must be unworn, in original packaging with tags attached, just like when they left our care.
How to Return or Exchange
Follow these simple steps to start your return or exchange:
- Contact Us: Email [email protected] within 15 days of receiving your order with:
- Your order number
- Which items you’d like to return/exchange
- Reason for return (helps us improve!)
- Whether you prefer a refund or exchange
- Wait for Approval: Our customer care team will respond within 1 business day with return instructions.
- Package Your Items: Place the unworn shoes in their original box, then in a shipping box. Include the packing slip.
- Ship It Back: Send to:

Refund Information
- Processing Time: 3-5 business days after we receive your return
- Method: Refunds are issued to your original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal)
- Deductions: Original shipping fees are non-refundable. For exchanges, we’ll cover standard shipping for the replacement item.
Exchange Information
- Exchanges are subject to product availability
- We’ll ship your new items within 1-2 business days after processing your return
- You’ll receive tracking information via email
Special Notes
- Final Sale Items: Personalized shoes (with custom embroidery/names) and clearance items marked “Final Sale” cannot be returned or exchanged.
- International Returns: Customers outside the U.S. are responsible for any customs fees associated with returns.
- Damaged Items: If your shoes arrived damaged, email photos to [email protected] immediately – we’ll send replacements at no cost.
